Shipping policy

9.1. In addition to the purchase cost for the ordered products, the products are shipped from our distribution center and there is no possibility of refusing the costs inherent in shipping the products.

9.2. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the payment process. It is currently not possible to deliver products from the Lab in the Box website outside mainland Portugal, so the values ​​shown are only for orders delivered to mainland Portugal. The shipping cost includes sending the order to the customer and returning the order to the Laboratory.
