Tested parameters

Cortisol

Cortisol is a hormone that helps control stress, reduce inflammation, regulate metabolism and aid immune function.

Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a measure of overall cholesterol levels in the blood, including both LDL and HDL cholesterol. Maintaining adequate total cholesterol levels is crucial for cardiovascular health.

LDL (Low Density Cholesterol)

Known as "bad cholesterol," LDL is a form of cholesterol that can build up in artery walls, increasing the risk of heart disease. High LDL levels are an important indicator of cardiovascular risk.

HDL (High Density Cholesterol)

HDL is often referred to as “good cholesterol” because it helps remove excess cholesterol from your arteries and transport it back to your liver. Adequate levels of HDL are beneficial for your heart health.

Triglycerides

Triglycerides are a type of fat in the blood that can contribute to the risk of heart disease when present in high levels. They are formed from excess calories consumed and stored as fat.

AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase)

AST is an enzyme found in the liver and other tissues. High AST levels may indicate liver problems, such as hepatitis or liver damage.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is essential for bone health, immune function and mood regulation. Adequate levels help with calcium absorption and maintaining bone strength. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to problems such as osteoporosis and muscle weakness.

Creatinine

Creatine is an important compound for energy production during intense exercise. Measuring your creatine levels can help you understand how your body is responding to training and optimize your recovery.

Free Testosterone

Testosterone is crucial for building muscle and maintaining strength. Free testosterone represents the active form of the hormone that is available for use by the body. Adequate testosterone levels are essential for muscle recovery and athletic performance.
