Food Intolerance Test
Food Intolerance Test
Because gluten isn’t always to blame…
The home food intolerance laboratory test measures the immune response (igG) to 59 foods. High levels of IgG antibodies could mean you have a certain food sensitivity to a certain food. This test serves to provide a balanced diet with the elimination/prioritization of foods over others.

Who should take the test?
Have you ever experienced certain symptoms related to eating a certain food? Symptoms such as headache, stomach pain or diarrhea? Would you like to eliminate some of these foods but are not sure how to start? This food intolerance test is a suitable test for these situations as it tests 59 common foods from a varied and balanced diet.
Through this test you can temporarily eliminate some identified foods and see if they were causing a certain symptom.
Note: This test is not the same as a food allergy test. An allergy involves an IgG response to a particular food and symptoms occur within minutes or even hours of exposure and can be severe to very severe. This test does not test for lactose intolerance or celiac disease.
This test is used to assess food sensitivities that usually have a slow onset and an IgG antibody response. Some of the symptoms that may lead to the test being performed are:
- Swelling;
- Headaches:
- Indigestion;
- Gastrointestinal Disorders;
- Stomach or abdominal pain;
- If you want to know if you have any sensitivity to a particular food that is present in this test, it is recommended that you have eaten the food in question at least 4 to 6 weeks before the test.
